Mainly based from the office in Shepherds Bush, but sometimes from their warehouse in North London, as needs arise.
Duties to include: meeting and greeting guests, managing reception calls, dealing with incoming and outcoming mail, fan mail and deliveries, preparing for meetings, maintaining a tidy and organised office workspace, helping with projects, assisting HR, the Ops Manager and Personal Finance and Ops Manager, coordinating office maintenance and cleaning, monitoring utility accounts and sending invoices, assisting with IT and security, ordering office supplies, booking travel, providing support and cover to the EAs when needed and general admin support and ad hoc errands as required.
The client is looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude and good admin skills, who is efficient, organised and a fast-learner.
